Jari is the Chairman of the Board and a Partner in the Insolvency Team. He specializes in corporate restructurings, bankruptcies, turnaround arrangements, judicial proceedings, and transactions.
Over 35 years, Jari has acted as an administrator in corporate restructuring proceedings and as an estate administrator of bankruptcy estates in sectors of, inter alia, technology industry, commerce, transport, construction, mining, and different service providers.
Jari has acted as a counsel in large sector transactions, involving different types of transactions related to company and insolvency law. Different turnaround arrangements, involving restructuring of finances and agreement relations, are his area of expertise.
Jari acts as an attorney in large judicial and arbitration proceedings.
Jari has acted on a number of major restructuring proceedings and as an estate administrator of bankruptcy estates, including:
- being appointed as the administrator for the restructuring proceedings of Marinetek Group oy
- acting as the administrator in the restructuring proceedings of Touhula group companies
- acting as the administrator for the restructuring proceedings of the listed company Tecnotree Corporation and as the supervisor of the restructuring programme
- being appointed as the administrator in the restructuring proceedings of HopLop Oy and Leo's HopLop Oy
- being appointed as the public receiver of Talvivaara Sotkamo Oy and its listed mother company
- acting as the administrator in the restructuring proceedings of Terrawise Oy
