Eva is Counsel in our Real Estate group and specialized in construction and consultancy law with strong focus on the Swedish market. She has practiced law since 1988 and at Eversheds Sutherland since 2024.
Eva is a strategic advisor to listed companies, real estate companies, state enterprises, municipalities, municipally owned companies, and industry organizations. Eva has extensive experience in construction and consultancy law and has a very good knowledge of the construction business sector. In addition, Eva has considerable experience in providing advice and drafting contracts in various construction law matters. Leaning on her longtime experience in the business sector she gives valuable legal advice in the event of a contract dispute. But her advice is also based on the business perspective. She can also assist your company as a representative in court and arbitration proceedings.
She also participates in due diligence investigations in connection with real estate transactions. Moreover, Eva is a very engaging lecturer in construction law for both clients and training providers. As a lecturer, it is important for her to involve the participants and give practical examples.
Eva is also participating in the digital development within the construction industry, and she wants to contribute to increasing the use of 3D models as contract documents.
Eva thinks it is important to have good leadership when working with colleagues in teams. She has a great interest in food and enjoys going to concerts and visiting art exhibitions.
