Yasmina Charaf joined Eversheds Sutherland in August 2023 and advises clients in the areas of employment law, global mobility and immigration, pensions, benefits and executive law.
Her practice also extends to criminal law and law governing associations and foundations. Previously, she completed her legal internship in a large Swiss law firm, in its employment, social security and immigration law department. Yasmina also worked as a legal and administrative assistant in a Geneva-based law firm and completed an intership in the Legal and Transactions department of a private bank.
Yasmina holds a Master's degree in law (2020), a certificate in transnational law (2019), a certificate of specialization in legal practice (2020) and was admitted to the Geneva bar (2023).
