Antti works at Eversheds Attorneys Ltd. as the company's Chief Operating Officer and is a versatile expert in M&A transactions.
Antti has experience in more than 100 Finnish and cross-border corporate transactions. Antti has also acted as an expert witness in court proceedings and in arbitration from the perspective of a professional corporate buyer. In addition, he lectures and trains on topics related to corporate transactions and increasing shareholder value. Antti is a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, and co-author of the book Kasvuun yritysostolla - Onnistu yrityskaupassa (Growth through acquisition - Succeed in corporate acquisitions) (Alma Talent, 2020).
