Farhanah Mogra

Farhanah supports on commercial projects which involves reviewing and reporting on contractual documentation, developing contract drafting and supporting with the preparation of legal advice.

She also provides commercial-focussed support to the firm’s Corporate team in respect of any contractual issues arising out of due diligence contract review exercises.

Prior to joining the Commercial team, Farhanah gained experience in financial disputes and investigations and real estate as a Trainee solicitor, as well as undertaking a 6 month secondment to a major international airport operator.

Farhanah has supported in the production a podcast and article series, Legislation Matters, which explores how UK legislation is made and how companies can engage with and influence the legislative process.
