Jennifer is an Associate in the Real Estate Department advising Irish and international clients - including developers, state bodies, investors and global corporations on complex, high‑value domestic and cross‑border transactions, large‑scale development projects and leasing matters.
Jennifer also serves as the firm’s real estate liaison across its global network, advising the Corporate, Tax, and Banking & Finance Groups on the property aspects of major national and international financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring matters.
Jennifer is an active member of the firm’s Global Connections Programme, strengthening engagement across our global platform. She also leads on knowledge development as the firm’s Know How Champion.
As the Law Society of Ireland’s Ambassador, Jennifer regularly presents on the Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice Course. Jennifer is a keynote speaker at educational institutions, legal workshops and seminars and additionally has worked in broadcasting for both Irish and international current affairs.
