She specialises in public procurement law, with particular emphasis on contract services in the rail and road transport, energy, defence and healthcare sectors.
She has over 13 years of experience gained in a renowned international law firm, representing clients in major infrastructure tenders. For over a decade, she worked for a leading manufacturer of rolling stock, representing it in the largest tenders in Poland.
Agnieszka provides comprehensive support to clients at all stages of public procurement proceedings – from advice on tender strategy, through the preparation of complete documentation, representation in appeal and court proceedings, to advice on contract implementation.
She has experience in providing legal advice to contractors in dozens of public procurement proceedings conducted under all procedures applicable under Polish public procurement law, as well as in EU proceedings conducted under EU regulations.
She is the author of numerous industry publications for the largest daily newspapers in Poland, as well as the organiser of webinars and training courses on public procurement law. She is the co-author of the publication "Legal Report: New Public Procurement Law, Rzeczpospolita, 2020. She is a member of the Public Procurement Law Association.
She graduated in law from Kozminski University.
