Weronika Sander is an attorney-at-law in the Public Procurement team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
She specializes in public procurement law. She also deals with contract law, infrastructure contracts, as well as public-private partnerships and concessions.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in Polish and international law firms and one of the leading construction companies.
Weronika supports clients at every stage of public procurement proceedings, both on the side of contractors and contracting authorities. She works for leading companies in the construction and energy sectors. She has advised on high-profile cases involving the procurement of gas pipelines, railways and motorways. She has represented companies in numerous proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber.
She is a member of the Public Procurement Law Association in Poland.
