His experience includes advising on a wide range of capital market transactions including IPOs, rights issues, securities, equity offerings, ongoing reporting obligations and corporate governance requirements. Faisal has successfully advised several public and private issuers on a range of capital markets transactions, including most recently, advising a specially regulated entity on its IPO which was a first in its industry in Saudi Arabia.
Prior joining the firm, Faisal spent time as a legal consultant in the corporate and commercial practice at a prominent local firm in Riyadh, where he predominately advised on Saudi companies law, drafting relevant contracts and agreements, registering agency agreements and assisting companies with their incorporations before the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Investment.
Faisal is a licensed lawyer with the Ministry of Justice – KSA, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Prince Sultan University.
