Szymon Siuda is a lawyer in the Public Contracts team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
He specialises in public procurement law. He advises contracting authorities and contractors at every stage of the investment process – from preparing tender documentation, through conducting procedures, representing clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber, to the implementation of public procurement contracts.
Szymon has experience in working with entities from the defence sector, supporting them in the implementation of projects of particular strategic importance. He is interested in the development of the EU space sector, in particular the creation of a favourable legal environment for the development of innovative projects in this field.
He is the author of academic publications in the field of public economic law on issues such as the regulation of economic activity in the space sector and the impact of public procurement law on the removal of barriers to the development of entrepreneurs in the space sector.

- Support for a cultural institution subordinate to the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in the process of mediation and conclusion of mediation settlements concerning the valorisation of construction works before the Arbitration Court of the General Counsel of the Republic of Poland.
- Advising an international capital group from the railway sector on the impact of a merger on its ability to continue to perform public contracts and participate in public procurement procedures.
- Advising a contract engineer on the supervision of the construction of a water canal quay.
