Philip is an Associate within our company commercial practice group, based in our Dubai office. Previously, he was based in our Leeds office.
He has experience in corporate transactional work, including cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and constitutional and corporate governance matters.
Philip is fluent in English and Slovenian.

- Elysian Capital on its disposal of Axis Well Technology Group Limited, the UK’s largest independent energy consultancy, to RSK Group.
- Teledyne Technologies Inc. on its acquisition of ChartWorld International (a leading provider of marine digital navigation hardware and software) and affiliates in Cyprus, Germany, Japan and Singapore.
- Next Plc on its investment into Rockett St George Ltd.

- The shareholders of the Asian food business, The Spice Tailor, on their £44m disposal to Premier Foods, which involved agreeing a suite of commercial agreements.
- French satellite operator Eutelsat SA on the disposal of its BigBlu Operations Ltd affiliate and European retail activities in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, and Greece, which included a suite of cross-border commercial agreements.
- Capital & Regional Plc on the disposal of “The Mall, Luton”.
- Hadron Insurance on its acquisition of Folgate Insurance and its entry into the UK market.
- Crane Holdings, Co on the spin-off of its Payment and Merchandising Technologies Business, after which it listed on the NYSE. The project involved liaising with counsel and authorities in Canada, China, Germany, India, the Netherlands, the US and Ukraine.
- Sedgwick, and Genesee & Wyoming, Inc. on their re-organisations and recapitalisations which involved entities in Australia, Bermuda, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Dubai, Hong Kong, the UK, the US and various European countries.
