Miguel Lorena Brito joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2002 and became a Partner in 2007. He Heads the Construction and Engineering Department, and Co-heads the Real Estate and Planning Department.
He develops a significant part of his work to public procurement, urban planning, construction, environment, energy and administrative litigation. He has wide experience in the real estate sector, construction and public works, participating regularly in arbitration matters related to the execution of public and private construction contracts.
Miguel is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences and the author of articles in several publications.
