She has also provided counsel on matters pertaining to renewable energy sources, the delineation of EU ETS facilities, water law, packaging, and waste regulations. She has experience working on proceedings to obtain administrative decisions as part of investment processes. She provided counsel on criminal liability for environmental crimes and offences for a prominent heating company.
She has provided ongoing support to clients in the waste industry, assisting with various issues related to waste impairment, transboundary movement, storage, treatment, and transportation.
She has also advised clients on matters pertaining to non-financial reporting. She has conducted training sessions on environmental law and ESG regulations for various sectors, including construction, dairy, battery, and energy.
