Marcin Gruszka is an attorney-at-law in the Real Estate team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
He specialises in real estate law and mergers and acquisitions. He also deals with commercial and civil law.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the transactional, real estate and litigation departments of international law firms.
Marcin supports clients in real estate transactions, legal due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, negotiations, as well as assisting tenants and landlords in drafting lease agreements. He provides day-to-day legal advice to business entities.
