Helen has worked on matters across a range of industries including pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, consumers and manufacturing. She is qualified to practice law in China and is also admitted to practice as an attorney in the state of New York.
Helen obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Peking University, her Master of Laws from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
