Tracey J. Spence

Before becoming a PSL, Tracey was a Principal Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group, handling a wide range of disputes and contractual claims on behalf of financial institutions, as well as specializing in professional negligence and fraud claims. She also worked for insurance companies handling complex subrogated insurance claims and disputes with policy holders. Tracey also acted for utility companies dealing with infrastructure claims.

As a PSL, Tracey’s responsibilities include providing knowledge and awareness to the team, assistance with technical queries, assisting with the delivery of training across the group, reviewing and updating precedents, writing articles and briefings, and supporting clients with projects such as horizon scanning and know-how sharing.
