Yatin is an associate in our pensions team and advises both trustees and sponsors of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes on all aspects of pensions law, including scheme governance and documentation, legal and regulatory compliance, member queries, risk management, and dispute resolution.
Yatin is a leading member of the firm’s pensions education team and has extensive experience in advising clients in the higher and further education sector on liability management, dismissals on the grounds of redundancy and business efficiency, and the pensions issues arising from employee transfers on corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Yatin taught on a number of undergraduate law programmes at local universities, and has published in peer-reviewed journals.
