Eversheds Sutherland (Belgium) has advised the Black Tiger Group (France) in connection with the acquisition of Bisnode Belgium NV, the Belgian leader and pioneer in data marketing.

Leader in data certification, Black Tiger Group, is a personal data expert company based in Paris (France). Bisnode Belgium NV is a pioneer in data marketing and a leader in the Belgian market in the understanding and use of data for their clients.

Corporate partner Benjamin Haberkorn and associate Cédric Werbrouck advised on the corporate M&A aspects, Counsel Gregory Komlosi on the tax aspects.
