- advising one of the firms global 7 clients on a multi-jurisdictional product liability issue, co-ordinating local advice and utilising the Eversheds Sutherland global network
- acting for a technology provider on a breach of contract claim and respective debt counterclaim, due to be listed for trial in early 2026
- advising a security services provider on a circa. £5 million dispute with the Department for Education
- successfully defending a new client against a Country Court claim, where instructions were received only 2 weeks ahead of trial
