We advised Mr. Jiří Lupač, as the seller, with a sale of EMOS group to Legrand.

EMOS is a major CEE developer, distributor, and re-seller of home electrical appliances with main operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Slovenia. Legrand is a French group and one of the world leaders in the field of electrical installations and information networks.

Eversheds team consisted of counsel Marek Bomba and senior associate Ondřej Beneš and involved also partner Stanislav Dvorak, senior associate Paulína Macháčová and junior associates Maroš Kandrík, Barbora Bugová and Martina Vodičková.
