Eversheds Sutherland advised Move About Group on the sale of the group’s Swedish operations to OKQ8.
 
Move About Group's subsidiaries Move About AB and Move About Technologies AB have completed the sale of the group's Swedish operations to OKQ8. Through the sale, all assets for the operation of the group's Swedish operations have been transferred to OKQ8. The sale is carried out as part of Move About’s extensive work on restructuring the business and the strategic review communicated in Move About Groups AB's interim report for Q1 2023.
         
Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted primarily of Kevin Holmkvist (Senior Associate), Ludwig Eriksson (Associate), Jakob Perä (Associate) and Sabrina Ibrisevic (Associate). Johan Engström was partner-in-charge.
