Marc is a Senior Associate in our Competition, Trade and Foreign Investment team in London.
He handles a broad range of competition law matters including behavioral competition work; merger control and foreign direct investment issues under domestic and EU competition law regimes; and the application of competition law to commercial agreements and trading practices. He has also advised on various international trade law matters including EU and US sanctions laws, product classification and customs formalities in the UK and EU.
