Michael Lepper advises national and international clients in the areas of real estate law, corporate law and international trade. He also has particular expertise in labour law.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Michael worked for several years at BNP Paribas (Switzerland) SA in Geneva and Crédit Suisse in Zurich and Geneva in the commodity trading finance department, enabling him to develop solid experience in international trade and corporate law. He regularly assists clients with their plans to set up companies in Switzerland.
Michael then completed his legal internship at 100 Rhône Avocats in Geneva, a law firm specialising in real estate law. Since then, Michael has developed his practice in the field of real estate, particularly lease law. He is also responsible for the publication on the fundamentals of commercial leases in Switzerland, the second edition of which has just been published by LegiTech.

Michael is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (OdA) and the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
Michael studied law at the University of Geneva and obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in economic law. He then obtained a second master's degree in international trade from the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences at the University of Geneva. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2018.
