As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, Emily has experience working with a broad range of clients from listed companies to start-ups across a wide range of sectors.
As well as experience with more formal dispute resolution proceedings such as litigation and arbitration, Emily has significant experience with facilitating commercial settlements, both through formal alternative dispute procedures like mediation and though commercial party to party negotiated settlements.
Emily specialises in commercial contract disputes and corporate disputes, and has a particular focus on the disputes in the TMT and industrials sector.
