The IPO consisted of an offer, by way of a primary issuance and secondary sale, of a total of 13,291,074 ordinary shares, representing 30% of the total share capital of Almoosa Health Company, at a final offer price set at SAR 127 per share. The total offering value amounted to SAR 1.69 billion (US$449 million). Almoosa Health Company operates primarily in the healthcare sector, providing integrated healthcare services, including primary care, critical care, and rehabilitation services. It also provides secondary services to this sector, such as pharmaceutical services, home healthcare, and telemedicine.
