Eversheds Sutherland Poland advised FIZAN Fund on debt financing for Clip Group

Eversheds Sutherland advised PFR Fundusz Inwestycyjny FIZ AN, part of the Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. group, on debt financing of up to PLN 81,500,000 for the construction of an intermodal terminal and logistics infrastructure in southern Poland on behalf of Clip Group.

The Clip Group is the largest private logistics group on the Polish market, specializing in low-carbon logistics—which makes us all the more pleased to support a project of significant importance for the sector’s sustainable development.

The banking and finance team at Eversheds Sutherland, led by Mateusz Dereszyński, with the participation of Bartosz Łabuda and Lidia Tułodziecka, supported the Fund in preparing the documentation and the financing launch process.
