Heidi brings valuable insights from her time working for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to her current practice as an antitrust associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. As U.S. antitrust regulations continue to rapidly evolve, Heidi helps clients navigate the changing landscape and better understand how these changes may impact current business practices, such as pricing policies, and ongoing or contemplated deals.
A major focus of Heidi’s antitrust practice is mergers and acquisitions, advising clients at every stage of a transaction from pre-signing to closing. She has ample experience handling HSR filings and providing client guidance on information sharing and gun-jumping throughout the pendency of a deal. When government investigations arise, Heidi develops deal advocacy and works with clients to ensure compliance with government requests throughout the investigation.
In addition, Heidi advises clients on best practices regarding consumer protection laws, such as disclosure requirements, marketing and advertising regulations, and product warranty practices. She also works on antitrust litigation matters and provides antitrust trainings for clients.
