Eversheds Sutherland Belgium has advised RBMI on the sale of IPL Business to FIDUCIAL Office Solutions

Eversheds Sutherland (Belgium) has advised RBMI in connection with the sale of IPL Business to FIDUCIAL Office Solutions, a subsidiary of French group FIDUCIAL.

 

IPL Business is an office supply company based in Braine L’Alleud. FIDUCIAL Office Solutions is a European leader in furniture and office supplies, with offices in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

 

The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by corporate partner Benjamin Haberkorn and associate Cédric Werbrouck.
