Gabriel works with a broad range of companies and is particularly experienced with cross-border M&A. Gabriel’s extensive experience regarding international and domestic M&A transactions, reorganizations, private equity investments and corporate mergers forms a strong basis for valuable hands-on advice. Leaning on his experience from working with both multinationals and listed companies, he can help you get the deal done also if you are an entrepreneur doing an exit. He makes sure to understand the value-drivers of all transaction and helps you achieve your goals effectively. On every deal irrespective of size and scope, he believes in delivering excellence in technical advice and service delivery.

He can, as partner of the equity capital markets group, also assist your company with its IPO, rights issue, incentive programs, and public M&A such as take-overs. He also advises listed companies concerning information requirements, corporate governance and good practice in the stock market.

Gabriel understands the importance of project management for a successful deal and makes sure the team works according to a stringent process for maximizing value-add.

Outside of advising clients, he has written publications including Thomson Reuters Private M&A Guide for Sweden on several occasions.

Gabriel is a firm believer in building efficient and inclusive teams, and passionate about mentoring students. He is a keen skier and enjoys trail running and mountain biking.
