Daniella Farsiani

Daniella is an Associate in the London Pensions team, having qualified into the team in March 2020. Daniella undertook a six-month secondment at Lloyds Banking Group in the Retail Litigation team as a trainee. This role involved managing large volumes of customer cases involving PPI, motor finance and fraud disputes, while ensuring the commercial and strategic concerns of the Bank were adhered to.

She has experience advising companies and trustees on various aspects of pensions law in relation to both defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements. Her recent experience includes advising on the closure of a scheme to future accrual; reviewing governance documents and procedures for a bulk transfer; supporting trustee clients in relation to member complaints; researching duties of trustees in relation to disclosure and effective scheme governance; assessing pension scheme investment risks and general regulatory compliance.
