He handles a broad range of tax matters across corporate tax, employment tax, pensions tax and real estate tax.
Oliver has a particular focus on employment tax – routinely advising on global mobility matters, off-payroll working arrangements and the taxation of termination arrangements.
He co-delivers the tax element of a regular cross-border working external training event, and routinely delivers internal training on various employment tax matters.
Oliver also has experience of advising clients on their obligations in relation to the failure to prevent the criminal facilitation of tax evasion offences under the Criminal Finances Act 2017, and has supported the firm with its own internal compliance.
