Ulrika is heading the M&A team in Stockholm and is an experienced M&A-partner in our corporate team. Ulrika has practiced law since 1997, with focus on mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.

With extensive expertise in these areas, she provides strategic legal advice to clients navigating complex corporate transactions and global reorganization projects. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided businesses through the intricacies of M&A deals in an international environment. Her approach is focused on delivering tailored solutions that align with the clients' strategic goals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Ulrika understands the importance of project management for a successful deal and makes sure the team works according to a stringent process for maximizing value-add.
Outside of advising clients, Ulrika has written publications including Thomson Reuters Private M&A Guide for Sweden on several occasions.
