Eversheds Sutherland advises on the sale of Prime Consulting to CBRE

The international law firm Eversheds Sutherland advised Alastair Green on the sale of Prime Consulting, a leading retail real estate expert in Germany, to the global real estate services provider CBRE.

Prime Consulting, based in Düsseldorf, Germany, specializes in commercial leasing, consulting and management of shopping centers and retail parks, who’s CEO and owner Alastair Green enjoys an excellent reputation in the retail real estate market.

CBRE is a leading retail consultant with more than 290 shopping centers under management in Europe. The acquisition of Prime Consulting will provide clients with an even more comprehensive service offering in Germany. The acquisition supports CRBE’s strategic goal of becoming the market leader in Germany for leasing, consulting and management of shopping centers and retail parks.
