Henri advises and assists both French and international clients on a broad range of employment and labor law matters. His experience spans collective issues—such as union negotiations, business transfers, and collective redundancies—as well as individual employment relations, including employment contracts, dismissals, and settlement agreements. He also represents clients in litigation cases before French courts.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2025, Henri served as legal counsel for a leading global IT consulting firm, where he managed labor law compliance and employee relations in an operational context. He also spent two years at an international multidisciplinary law firm, assisting a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
