Eversheds Sutherland Advises on Launch of DailyDelta™ ETFs, First-of-Their-Kind 0DTE Options ETFs Led by Kelly Intelligence and Tidal

Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to have advised Kelly Intelligence and Strategic Trust on the launch of DailyDelta™ ETFs, a new suite of exchange-traded funds (ETF).

These ETFs aim to equip traders with tools to enhance gains, hedge positions, and capitalize on market movements.

The first round of DailyDelta™ ETFs now trading includes:

  • DailyDelta™ Q100 Upside Option Strategy ETF (NYSEArca: QUP): The QUP ETF invests in 0DTE long calls on the Nasdaq 100 Index.
  • DailyDelta Q100 Downside Option Strategy ETF (NYSEArca: QDWN): The QDWN ETF invests in 0DTE long puts on the Nasdaq 100 Index.

In addition to the two ETFs launched this week, DailyDelta™ has registered an additional four ETFs targeting exposure to the S&P 500 Index and Russell 2000, respectively.
