Magdalena advises on a wide range of data protection and IP-related matters. She has led numerous GDPR compliance audits for clients across the financial, aviation, and real estate sectors. Her experience also includes conducting due diligence reviews focused on data protection and intellectual property documentation. She successfully managed a complex, long-term data protection project for a leading credit institution.
She represented clients in proceedings before the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data and the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. She drafted and negotiated implementation agreements for complex IT projects. Additionally, she advised clients in merger control proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

- Advising leading credit institution on data protection (GDPR) matters, including the review of agreements with intra-group and third-party entities, with particular focus on data transfers to third countries and the preparation of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Conducting a GDPR audit for one of the major e-commerce platforms operating in the Polish market.
- Representing international retail company in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) concerning an alleged data protection breach.
- Providing comprehensive GDPR implementation support to a real estate sector client, including a full compliance audit, preparation of documentation, and employee training.
- Delivering regular GDPR trainings for employees of a leading agricultural machinery distributor in Poland.
- Supporting drafting and negotiation of an ERP system implementation agreement for a district heating supplier in Poland.
