Marwah is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial practice in Doha, with a primary focus on equity capital markets and corporate transactions.
She acts as a key adviser to regional and international clients located in Qatar and the wider Middle East, and plays an integral role in helping companies prepare for growth and transformation, from early strategic planning through to execution and compliance.
Drawing on her prior two year secondment to our Iraq office, where she served clients across the oil & gas, construction and project sectors, she now leads on equity capital markets mandates (including IPOs, direct listings and private placements), and plays a key role in M&A, joint ventures, investment fund formations, and corporate structuring and restructuring exercises. With expertise in Qatari (mainland & QFC) and wider Middle Eastern regimes, Marwah delivers tailored and pragmatic solutions to meet the objectives of each client on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Marwah holds an LLB in Law from the University of Southampton and an LLM in Banking & Finance Law from the University of Bristol, and is a qualified lawyer with the Jordanian Bar Association.
