She specialises in transactional advisory work in banking and finance.
Before joining the firm, she gained experience at large international law firms as well as at the Supreme Court in Warsaw. Lidia is also a certified court mediator.
She advises clients on real estate and corporate financing projects, as well as on acquisition transactions, representing both sponsors and financing institutions.
As a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Lidia is a member of the Berkeley Global Society, one of the largest international organisations bringing together leading lawyers from around the world. Its mission is to foster continuous knowledge exchange and professional development through events, conferences and galas held in more than 30 countries.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and the American Law Center at the University of Warsaw. She also studied at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, specialising in intellectual property law in the context of new technologies and security.
In 2024, Lidia earned her LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, specialising in Law and Technology. In addition to her legal education, she completed studies at the Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security in Washington D.C., obtaining a master’s certificate in National Security, Intelligence and Information Operations of the 21st Century. She is also a graduate of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, holding a degree in specialist translation in English and German. She is currently completing her attorney-at-law training.
