Prior to joining the firm, he completed his practice in the Litigation and Dispute Management department in major law firms in Beirut, Lebanon. Hady studied Lebanese Law and French Law at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut and obtained a LLB in Law and Master I - Certificate of Specialisation (Private Law) and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. Hady advises clients in English, French and Arabic.
Hady’s work involves acting on a broad range of high value and complex disputes with a focus on construction disputes. His work also involves a large variety of disputes ranging from Commercial, Fraud, Insurance and Enforcement proceedings.
Hady has experience in domestic disputes in the local Qatari courts and the Qatar International Court of Dispute Resolution.
As part of this work, he regularly provides strategic legal advice and drafts persuasive pleadings, and has significant experience in negotiating and resolving disputes in the settlement stage.
