With a practice focused on high‑stakes commercial litigation, national security–adjacent disputes, and complex cross‑border matters, Ms. Chopin’s arrival builds on the firm’s ongoing litigation momentum and underscores its continued investment in expanding the depth, breadth, and sophistication of its global litigation platform.

Ms. Chopin advises global financial institutions, central banks, multinational corporations, and foreign sovereign governments on high‑value international commercial, tort, and regulatory disputes and investigations, further enhancing the firm’s ability to support clients facing politically sensitive, multi-jurisdictional challenges that require coordinated global strategy and seamless cross‑practice execution.

Ms. Chopin is widely recognized for securing early dismissals by successfully challenging jurisdictions under the US Constitution and federal statutes with extraterritorial reach, including the Anti‑Terrorism Act (ATA) and the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA). She has litigated these issues before federal and state courts nationwide, including the US Supreme Court.
