Eversheds Sutherland has advised the seller in connection with the divestment of Tepac Entreprenad AB to Storskogen Group AB (publ).
Headquartered in Nacka, Tepac Entreprenad AB employs some 35 staff with, during the last fiscal year, revenues and EBITA amounting to approximately 134 MSEK and 29 MSEK respectively.
Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André, Torbjörn Lindmark, Joel Olsson and Victor Sundh.
