Eversheds Sutherland Poland has successfully advised mBank S.A. on the refinancing of a portfolio comprising four 'Karuzela' retail parks, situated in Września, Lubliniec, Turek, and Wodzisław. The total value of the financing exceeded EUR 40 mln.
The Karuzela shopping centres are owned by Karuzela Holding and the funds managed by MITISKA REIM.
The Eversheds Sutherland team provided comprehensive support to mBank S.A., including drafting and finalising finance documents as well as preparing due diligence of the refinanced properties.
