Her activities include advising national and international clients, particularly in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Corporate law.
Janina studied law at the University in Bayreuth, Germany.
After working for a renowned international law firm during her legal traineeship, Janina was admitted as a lawyer by the Munich Chamber of Lawyers (Rechtsanwaltskammer) in May 2023 and has since then worked for Eversheds Sutherland in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Corporate law.
