Mirela is a highly experienced senior associate, specializing in corporate law and M&A, commercial transactions, as well as energy law and ESG matters.
Mirela is a licensed lawyer with seven years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A. She has successfully participated in and navigated numerous deals, providing legal solutions to clients in IT, energy, marketing and financial services. She is conducting due diligence, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Mirela is participating in legal entity transformations and wide variety of corporate restructuring. She is also responsible for negotiating and drafting NDAs, partnership and intercompany agreements, commercial contracts, services and sales agreements.
She holds a Master's degree in Energy Markets & Services with a strong interest in liquefied natural gas (LNG), renewable energy and ESG.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and alpine skiing.
