Celia is a Counsel in the Corporate/M&A department of Eversheds Sutherland in Paris.
Celia's practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring operations, in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
Celia regularly advises French and foreign companies on their investment and divestment transactions, as well as on the setting up of joint ventures. She assists French and international clients from various sectors, notably health and life science, infrastructure and hotel and leisure.
Celia is a member of the Paris Bar. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland she was a lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.
Celia holds a LLM in International Business Law and Management (ESCP Paris) as well as a Postgraduate Master degree in Business law – DJCE (Université de Strasbourg) and a Postgraduate Master degree in International and European Business law (Université de Strasbourg).
