Paige Spraker is a Senior Associate in Eversheds Sutherland's Capital Markets Practice Group.
She advises clients on a broad range of corporate governance issues, regulatory filing needs with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and capital raising efforts.
Paige also counsels small business investment companies, including with respect to the SBIC licensing process and ongoing regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Paige participated in the firm's Summer Associate Program and worked at the firm as a law clerk. During law school, she worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Rudolph Contreras of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. She also participated in the Summer Honors Program in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
