Partner Dr. Dmitri Zdobnõh specialises in advising clients in the fields of corporate, contract, finance and tax law. He has more than 10 years of experience, including as an in-house counsel for the companies subject to financial supervision.
His experience includes advising companies on various finance-related matters, such as listing, licensing of financial services firms, various matters pertaining to securities and issues pertaining to anti-money-laundering, as well as on financing and M&A.
