Äskettäin toteutetussa järjestelyssä Nordic Optionista tulee merkittävä vähemmistöosakas Profilencessa, samalla kun alkuvaiheen sijoittajat, jotka olivat mukana alkuvaiheissa, vetäytyvät yhtiöstä. Toimimme järjestelyssä Profilence Oy:n ja sen perustajaosakkaiden avustajana. Toimeksiantotiimiin kuuluivat Partner Kirsi Karvonen, Senior Associate Rosa Junttila ja Associate Arttu Liipo. Profilence on oululainen IT-alan yhtiö. Yhtiön kehittämä ohjelmistoratkaisu auttaa Android-pohjaisten laitteiden vakauden, suorituskyvyn sekä energiankulutuksen analysoinnissa ja optimoinnissa. Nordic Option Oy on pohjoissuomalaisiin kasvuyrityksiin sijoittava pääomasijoitusrahasto, jonka pääomistajat ovat Arvo Sijoitusosuuskunta, Partnera Oyj ja Oulun kaupunki.
