Kaupat tehtiin osin osakevaihtona ja osin käteisellä. Yritysoston myötä Relais vauhdittaa kasvuaan hyödyntämällä digitalisaatio-, verkkokaupparatkaisu- ja data-analytiikkakyvykkyyttä. Relais Group Oyj on yksi johtavista pohjoismaisista toimijoista ajoneuvojen jälkimarkkinoilla. Yhtiö kehittää aktiivisesti ajoneuvojen sähkövaruste- ja varaosaliiketoimintaa Pohjoismaissa ja Baltiassa.
