Yrityskauppa tukee yhteistä kasvua ja erikoisosaamisen kehitystä asiakaslähtöisesti, mikä vastaa entistä paremmin yhtiöiden teollisuusasiakkaiden kasvaviin ja monipuolistuviin sähköautomaatio- ja digitalisointitarpeisiin. Eversheds toimi Instan neuvonantajana, mutta myös vastapuolella toimivana myyjien edustajana sain Evershedsiltä aina pyydettäessä selkeän, johdonmukaisen ja nopean selvityksen kaikkiin kysymyksiimme, joita minulla oli transaktioon tai sen täytäntöönpanoon liittyen, toteaa PLC-Automationin toimitusjohtaja Jouni Huotari. Insta Group Oy on suomalainen perheyritys, jonka toimialoja ovat teollisuusautomaatio, teollinen digitalisaatio, kyberturva ja puolustusteknologia. Oululainen PLC-Automation Oy on teknologia-alan suunnittelu- ja palveluyritys, joka toimittaa teollisuuteen sähkö- ja automaatiosovelluksia sekä kojeisto- ja asennuspalveluita. Toimeksiannosta vastasi Partner Antti Husa.
